Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to take ownership of mGanik's Instagram presence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven strategy. You will be responsible for end-to-end account management—from crafting engaging Reels to analysing complex datasets—ensuring our brand voice resonates with our audience while driving tangible growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Account Optimisation

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to optimise the account using Reels, Stories, and Highlights.
  • Analyse audience behaviour to determine 'prime time' for posting to maximise reach.
  • Implement best practices to boost content visibility and attract new followers.
  • Plan and execute paid boosting strategies and wider digital activities to amplify content reach.

2. Content Creation & Branding

  • Design and implement a creative content strategy that aligns strictly with mGaniks brand values.
  • Produce high-quality visual and copy content (static and video) that is engaging, educational, and relevant.
  • Manage the full content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain the brands tone of voice and visual guidelines across all posts.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content formats to identify the most effective creative approaches.

3. Engagement & Community Growth

  • Drive active engagement via Stories, Captions, and interactive features (Polls, Q&As, Quizzes).
  • Lead collaborations with KOLs, external brands, and internal communities to expand our audience.
  • Manage User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns, including giveaways, challenges, and live sessions.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Growth) using Instagram Insights and third-party tools.
  • Identify emerging social media trends to keep our strategy fresh and relevant.
  • Compile comprehensive monthly reports with actionable data analysis and strategic recommendations.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years as a Social Media Specialist, with a specific focus on Instagram.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video and visual editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm, trends, and platform features.
  • Creativity: Strong track record in creating engaging content (Images, Videos, Reels) with a flair for storytelling and copywriting.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, comprehensive reports.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English (and Indonesian if required), with the ability to manage community engagement effectively.
