About The Role:
We are seeking a strategic leader capable of managing the business’s two most vital assets: our Talent (the people) and our Work Environment (the operations). In this role, you will be responsible for creating a holistic and optimal working ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Total Rewards & Organisation Development
- Optimise organisational strategies and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop compensation and benefit schemes (Total Rewards) that incentivise staff to achieve peak performance (high-performance culture).
- Ensure payroll operations and regulatory compliance are executed accurately and efficiently.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead recruitment strategies and Employer Branding activation to attract top-tier talent.
- Optimising the end-to-end recruitment process and policies through to onboarding, ensuring new joiners receive the appropriate guidance to successfully navigate their probationary period.
3. Facility Management & General Affairs
- Optimise the operations of office facilities, buildings, and company assets to ensure comfort and operational continuity for the entire team.
- Take responsibility for the procurement of working tools and lead expansion projects (opening new branches/offices) as required.
4. Culture & Engagement
- Help to build and establish the company culture and engagement ecosystem to ensure a motivated workforce and high-performance team.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management are preferred.
- At least 8–10 years’ experience in HRBP/HCBP, Human Capital, People Operations, HR & General Affairs, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial position.
- A proven track record in handling both HR strategy and GA/Facility operations.
- A strong understanding of how People & Operations strategies directly impact business profitability.
- Excellent communication skills to engage employees at all levels, whilst acting as a strategic partner for the management team.
