What You Will Do:
This role will responsible for driving paid media performance through data-driven creative and landing page optimization strategies. This role works closely with the Performance Marketing team to analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities, then translates those insights into actionable creative initiatives that improve campaign effectiveness and business results.
- Analyze paid media performance data and identify optimization opportunities across ad creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages.
- Translate performance marketing insights into actionable creative and conversion strategies to improve key funnel metrics.
- Develop creative testing roadmaps, including new angles, hooks, formats, concepts, and landing page hypotheses based on performance data and audience behavior.
- Lead the creative optimization process by providing clear strategic direction to the Paid Media team in producing high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to align creative strategy with campaign objectives, audience targeting, and funnel performance goals.
- Monitor and evaluate creative test results, extracting learnings and scaling winning concepts across campaigns.
- Establish a structured testing framework to continuously improve creative performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, creative best practices, consumer behavior insights, and platform changes across Meta, Google, and other paid media channels.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-3+ years experience in Paid Media, Creative Strategy, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads performance metrics.
- Able to analyze funnel performance and identify root causes of underperformance.
- Experienced in developing creative testing strategies and performance-driven content concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both marketing and creative teams.
- Data-driven but highly creative in generating optimization ideas.
